Local Ingredients

The Hungry Diner (it's a play on words! YOU are the Diner), is a farmer owned and operated restaurant with a die-hard commitment to local ingredients. We run a scratch kitchen so all the food is prepared by hand. 

 

Almost all of the beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and eggs that you will consume here have been lovingly raised on pasture just five miles from your plate at Walpole Valley Farms...now that's local.

 

Fish served are sustainably caught off of the coast of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Keeping it local, keeping it real.

 

The vegetables, when in season, are sourced locally from sustainable farms in the area. All other ingredients from condiments to spices are carefully chosen, local first.
