Restaurant professions often do not come with retirement plans, health benefits or paid time off due to the nature of the industry's low margins. 

 

​Since we opened in 2017, we've created a workplace where healthy, happy employees grow with us & stay for the long haul. We add a 7.5% charge to your bill, which is not a tip. This pays for 100% of employees health insurance premiums, a full 3% matching retirement plan, 3 weeks paid vacation, consistent wage increases, wellness programs, 6 paid holidays, sick leave, snow-day pay, bonuses, annual shoe stipends, fun all expense paid staff trips and other benefits that small businesses struggle to offer their employees.
